A FINANCIAL PLAN

Hasan basri is talking with his boss. They are talking about money. Hasan is showing a plan to his boss, Mr Karim. Mr Karim is looking at the plan and asking some questions. Hasan is answering the questions. He is explaining the plan to Mr Karim. It is a plan to save money for the company. Mr karim is pleased with hasan’s plan, and the compliments hasan.

Answer :

1.      Hasan basri is talking with his boss  : Hasan basri sedang berbicara dengan bosnya.

2.      They are talking about money :  mereka sedang membicarakan tentang uang.

3.       Hasan is showing a plan to his boss, Mr Karim : hasan sedang memperlihatkan sebuah rencana untuk bosnya, Mr Karim.

4.      Mr Karim is looking at the plan and asking some questions :  Mr Karim sedang melihat rencana tersebut dan bertanya beberapa pertanyaan.

5.      Hasan is answering the questions : Hasan sedang menjawab pertanyaan tersebut.

6.      He is explaining the plan to Mr Karim : dia sedang menjelaskan rencana tersebut kepada  Mr karim.

7.      It is a plan to save money for the company : ini rencana untuk menyimpan uang untuk  perusahaan.

THE FOX AND THE BIRD

One day, a fox saw a bird sitting on the branch of a tree. In it’s mounth the bird had some food . The fox wanted this food because he was very hungry.

“You are a beautiful bird,” the fox said, but can you sing?”

“Of course, I can sing,” thought the bird, “this is a very stupid fox”. He opened  his mouth to sing and dropped the food. The fox caught the food ang said,” yes you can sing, and yau are very beautiful . But you are not very smart. And the fox  ran away with the food.

Answer:

1.      The fox wanted this food because he was very hungry : serigala mencari makanan ini karena dia sangat lapar.

2.      You are a beautiful bird,” the fox said, but can you sing?”

 : kamu adalah burung yang cantik, “ serigala berkata : tapi bisakah kamu menyanyi?”

3.      “Of course, I can sing,” thought the bird, “this is a very stupid fox” : tentu saja, saya bisa menyanyi,” kata burung itu, “ini adalah serigala yang bodoh”.

4.      ” yes you can sing, and yau are very beautiful : “ ya, kamu bisa menyanyi, dan kamu sangat cantik.

5.      But you are not very smart : tetapi kamu tidak begitu cerdas.

one day, a tourist wanted to take pictures of the “Moment Nasional”. He was only a kilometer away and could already see the top of the monument from where he was standing.

Since it was very hot outside, he decided to take a becak. The becak driver wanted three hundred rupiahs for the ride. The tourist thought this was too much and said, “that’s too much”. He pointed to the top of the monument and added, “you can already see it from here”.

“yer sir” the becak driver replied, “you can see it from here all right, but yau can also see the moon from here”.

Answer:

1.      He was only a kilometer away and could already see the top of the monument from where he was standing : dia hanya berjarak satu kilometer dan sudah bisa melihat puncak monument dari dimana ia berdiri.

2.      Since it was very hot outside, he decided to take a becak : karena sangat panas, dia memutuskan untuk naik becak.

3.      The tourist thought this was too much and said, “that’s too much”. : turis mengnggap ini terlalu mahal dan berkata ”ini terlalu mahal” .
